are fully confident you will be satisfied with our red bottom shoes,the
shipping speed,shoes quality and our service.Our work does not end after
you pay the money.As a wholesaler as well as an individual vendor, it
is our business to maintain long term relationships with customers.We
are,therefore dedicated to providing the best service until our customer
is fully satisfied.
If you have any problems about the items
you received,please contact our customer service first.And the customer
service will let you know how to process an exchange or refund.
Do
not worry,we promise that if you want to return,we will not prevent you
from returning.Once we confirmed the problem,we will send you the return
address.And once we received the items you returned,we will arrange an
exchange or process a refund for you.
In order to return your products, please contact our customer service and include the following information:
Your full name
Order number
A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
The reason for the return of the products
Then we will reply promptly and instruct you where to return your
shoes.Do not return to sender.You must contact us before returning any
items in order to receive a replacement or refund.
Keep in mind, we are always here to help whatever happens.

Conditions of Exchanges
1. Items returned for exchange with a verified quality issue or
shipping error,will be replaced and reshipped at our expense.We will
also,issue you a $30 credit (gift certificate) to compensate your return
shipping costs.
2.Items returned for exchange not for our problems,such as
I do not like the shoes style.
The product is not what I'd imagine it to be.
I don't like this product after I have received it.
I made a mistake and choose a wrong item when i made the order
I mistake the UK size for the US size.

For the reasons listed upper,you are subject to $29 reshipping fee.And
the return shipping fee should also be paid by yourselves.
3. For
size problem.If the shoes not fit,too big or small,you could contact our
customer service to send back for an exchange.But you are also subject
to $29 reshipping fee and the return shipping fee by yourselves.

Items must be NEW and UNUSED (and have all tags, dust bag,shoe box
etc..) included in return package.The bottom of the shoes should be
brand new.
5. Any items that are claimed defective will be asked for
pictures as proof.Once we confirmed it is our problem,we promise we
will resend you a new pair.
Conditions of Refunds
1. Item(s) being returned for refund will be subject to a $29 (each pair) deduction from refund as restocking fee.
2. Item(s) must be NEW and UNUSED (and have all tags, dust bag, etc..) included in return package.
3. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to be issued once item is
received and inspected. Refunds will be issued in the same form of your
payment (To the same credit card or p-ayp-al account). We hope you
could understand that we will deduct the restocking fee $29(each pair)
from your original payment.
Note:
We can’t offer u the refund if we found that the shoes are defected by customer on purpose.
We don’t process the refund if u use the products in a wrong way.
We will not refund if the items you returned lost or held by customs.So
we hope you follow our customer service's instructions to return the
items.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the red sole shoe has
been dispatched.Because we usually try to process all orders within 12
hours after the orders have been placed. Please check your email often
after your payment goes through.(We will send you the order
confirmation, tracking number and some other details.)
And if you
need to cancel the order,you should try to contact us asap.Once we get
your request,we will cancel your order and provide you a full refund.
